About You:
Weavers Academy are seeking an experienced, proactive, and compassionate Attendance Improvement Manager to lead our attendance strategy and drive continuous improvement across the academy. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to education and reach their full potential.
You will be a confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, able to build strong relationships with students, families, colleagues, and external agencies. Using attendance data to inform targeted interventions, you will champion high standards, support your team, and play a key role in ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- GCSE English, Maths, and Science or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in attendance management or pastoral leadership within an education setting
- Secure knowledge of the attendance legal system
- A demonstrable commitment to supporting and promoting safeguarding, student welfare, equality and diversity
