We have an excellent opportunity for a
dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our talented support staff team.
The Attendance Improvement Officer will manage
and improve attendance for specified student caseloads led by AAT Attendance
Lead and Assistant Headteacher.

§       G ood interpersonal
skills and an ability to communicate with a wide range of people

§        R esilient, able to challenge
and demonstrate empathy.

adaptable approach to working in a very busy environment.

§      G ood IT skills
including working knowledge of Word, Excel

§      C apacity to be
trained in using school MIS system (Bromcom) if no prior experience

§       A bility to raise concerns
with senior staff

§       A bility to work
with minimal supervision under pressure and as part of a team

§        T he ability to
maintain confidentiality
