Attendance Leader job summary
We are looking to hire an Attendance Leader to lead on the NLA attendance strategy.
The successful applicant will play an active role in managing attendance, working with students, parents, other school staff and external agencies such as EWO to improve both individual and whole school attendance.
Carrying out home visits to ascertain reasons for non-attendance and help break down barriers.
Promoting positive attendance through rewards and also attendance challenges whilst also working with Year Leaders and Progress Leaders in ensuring that at risk students attend for exams.
