Bruntcliffe Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Attendance Leader to play a key role in improving student attendance and outcomes. The successful candidate will lead and manage the Attendance Team, working closely with the Assistant Principal for Attendance and Community to implement a consistent, robust and proactive attendance strategy across the Academy, with a clear focus on achieving ambitious attendance targets.
Potential applicants should have:
- Grade 4 (C) and above in GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
- A clear understanding of strategies to improve student attendance.
