Salary: £24,525 - £25,738 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 3.30pm; Friday, 7.30am to 3.00pm

We are seeking a dedicated, organised and compassionate Attendance & Learning Support Facilitator to join our team on a maternity cover basis for up to one year. This is a varied and rewarding role which combines attendance support, SEND administration and student welfare responsibilities, making a real difference to the educational experience and outcomes of our young people.
About the Role
Working closely with the Attendance Officer, SENCO, Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion), pastoral teams and external agencies, you will play a key role in supporting student attendance, safeguarding and SEND processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting attendance monitoring and follow-up processes.
Making daily contact with parents and carers regarding student absence.
Producing attendance reports, letters and documentation using Bromcom and Microsoft Office.
Assisting with safeguarding and attendance interventions, including home visits where required.
Maintaining SEND records, databases and documentation.
Organising and attending SEND review meetings.
Supporting annual reviews, EHCP processes and SEND administration.
Assisting with examination access arrangements in conjunction with the SENCO and Exams Officer.
Working collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies to support student success.
About You
