Your Role
Thank you for your interest in the Attendance Manager position at Barclay Academy. This is a vital role within our school community, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ daily educational experience.
As Attendance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Academy’s attendance strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and effective attendance system, monitoring attendance trends, and taking proactive steps to investigate and address student absence. Your work will directly support our commitment to ensuring that every young person is empowered to achieve their full potential.
We are looking for a dedicated, organised, and driven individual who shares our belief that excellent attendance is fundamental to student success. The ideal candidate will be highly efficient, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
