This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious educational leader who is passionate about supporting young people as they take their next steps in learning and prepare for life beyond school.

As we continue to grow and strengthen our Sixth Form offer, the Head of Sixth Form will play a pivotal role in shaping its ongoing success, academically, pastorally, and culturally. The successful candidate will provide dynamic, visible leadership that inspires, motivates, and supports students to achieve their full potential. You will bring a strong track record of leadership and pastoral excellence and be deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and aspirational Sixth Form culture. The ability to teach a core subject is desirable but not essential.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a key area of school life at a time of positive momentum and development. You will have the chance to make a lasting impact on the educational, personal, and future success of our students, while working closely with senior leaders to support the continued growth and development of our Sixth Form
