Attendance Officer and Family Support Worker
Permanent position. Grade 6 SCP 12-17

37 hours per week, term-time 40 weeks

8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 3.30pm Fridays

Actual salary, pay award pending:

£25,545 - £27,711 (under 5 years’ service), £26,010 - 28,214 (over 5 years’ service)

Required from mid-February 2026.

We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer and Family Support Worker who is committed, enthusiastic, reliable and able to work as part of a team, to support and promote excellent attendance and punctuality at Ridgewood High School.
