Attendance Officer
Level 3D Points 7 - 11 £21057 - £22444 per annum (actual salary - pay award pending)
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 4.00pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm
34.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days
Required for September 2026
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our effective and dedicated pastoral team, to lead strategies to raise attendance levels and reduce persistent absence; supporting vulnerable pupils and strengthening relationships between home and school. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career as part of a strong and supportive team.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to relate well to children and adults.
- The ability to work as part of a team and to use initiative when required.
