  • Haveexcellent communication skills enabling effective liaison with a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, pupils, parents, governors, the local community and external organisations;
  • Becommitted to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; 
  • Have aninterest in education;
  • Have the ability to lead and motivate others.
