Attendance Officer job summary

Beckfoot Allerton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a real difference to young people’s lives. As an Attendance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of our students. Working closely with staff, families, and external agencies, you will support in creating a school environment where all students feel supported, understood and able to succeed. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport

This is a fixed term, part time, term time only plus 5 days role for 16 hours per week. As this is a maternity cover, we expect this role to end at Spring Bank 2027.

The working pattern is as follows: Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 11.30am and 8.15am to 11.15am on Fridays.

There is also scope for the right candidate for up to 21 hours per week.
