We are looking for an Attendance Officer
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring data is complete, accurate and up to date
- Answer and record first day phone calls
- Input and maintain all relevant absence data into SIMS, CPOMS and other relevant systems
- Sign in students arriving late to school and follow up with appropriate action
- Follow up on any missing registration marks
Pay range: SCP 12 - 17 £30,876.29 - £33,172.27 (Inner London) 37 hours a week, 42 weeks per year.
Full time equivalent - £32,598.00 £35,022.00 (Inner London) 37 hours a week, 52 weeks per year.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent
- Experience of attendance management in a school environment
- Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential student information
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
