What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Is highly organised, efficient, and able to work independently.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is confident in using data and school information systems (training provided if needed).
  • Is approachable, calm, and able to build positive relationships with families.
  • Has experience in a school or administrative role (desirable but not essential).
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
