Attendance Officer

37 Hours Per Week Term Time only, plus 5 training days

December or sooner if possible

Annual Salary - L3c (Points 6 to 9)Pro rata (actual) salary starting at £22,130 per annum (£13.47 per hour)

We are looking to appoint an Attendance Officer to work as part of our Attendance Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a high level of student attendance. Monitor and report on pre-16 student attendance data, analysing data to identify key areas of concern. To work closely with students, staff, parents and carers to reduce levels of absence, and act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue.

This is a challenging and rewarding role and the successful candidate will require dedication and a highly efficient, organised, flexible and responsible approach.
