Attendance Officer job summary

Oak Wood School is looking to appoint a dynamic professional to lead the administration of attendance and punctuality across the school. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, to ensure warm and supportive customer service to our students and their families.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving attendance and punctuality, liaising with parents/carers and tracking/mentoring groups and individual pupils. The ability to work independently is important as is the need to be able to deal with a busy workload and changing priorities. Excellent writing skills and an understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing is essential.
