What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you a team player, do you want to make a positive change to a diverse and sometimes challenging community , but one which is full of potential. We need someone with integrity, innovation and drive to work with and support families in enabling all children and young people to maximise their educational opportunities. Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the Academy’s students is crucial. Home visits will be required as part of this role so a UK driving license and a car will be essential.
