Attendance Officer job summary

ATTENDANCE OFFICER REQUIRED

We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer within the Student Services department at Passmores Academy.

The Student Services office provides general support to students and staff and contributes to the vision of the academy. You will be responsible for the administration of day-to-day school attendance, a key priority for Passmores and the Trust.

Candidates must be confident in dealing with young people and parents, have good communication skills and are adept at working under pressure whilst still smiling! You will need to be a hands-on individual with sound IT skills and a clear understanding of Microsoft Office. If you are looking for a varied job role where no two days are the same, then we would love to hear from you.

5 days per week - (08:00am - 4:00pm)

37 hours per week

39 working weeks (44.7 paid weeks)

Salary: Scale 3 Point 5 - £22,557.47 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)

Closing date: Tuesday 30th June 2026

Interviews: W/C 29th June 2026
