What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer to work closely with Attendance Manager, the Deputy Headteacher and other Attendance Team members to ensure excellent whole school attendance, helping the Attendance Manager to reduce gaps within the attendance of key sub-groups when compared with whole school, and reducing whole school persistent and serious absence levels. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with staff and students alike. You must be pro-active and flexible.
