About this Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspirational candidate to join our Pastoral team.

We are looking for an experienced person to join our team to work alongside key school staff and other external agencies to promote excellent school attendance, working with students and their families to ensure high levels of attendance for all year groups.

Southgate School is situated in the London Borough of Enfield (Outer London) and it has excellent transport links. We are five minutes away from Oakwood Tube Station on the Piccadilly Line and central London is only 20 minutes away. We have parking on site and are also very well-connected by local bus routes. Additionally, there are plenty of shopping facilities, entertainment and recreational facilities nearby.
