Working pattern
- Full time: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Term time plus 10 non-pupils day, total 40 weeks per year.

- KR7 £26,515-£28,850
What skills and experience we're looking for
- Good general education, including at least grade C GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Willingness to undertake appropriate training and professional development.
- Qualification related to working with children and young people.
- An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Adaptable, pro-active, self-starter and ability to manage a large variety of situations.
- Able to maintain accurate record
- Able to identify work priorities and manage own workload within agreed parameters.
- Knowledge of Child Protection / Safeguarding Procedures.
- Demonstrable knowledge of attendance regulations.
- Knowledge of School comms, Google Suite and SIMS
- Ability to use ICT effectively
- Excellent data analysis and reports generation
- Able to deal appropriately and effectively with children, parents, staff and professionals from outside agencies at all levels.
- Strong work ethic and capacity for hard work.
- Ability to cope with stressful / conflict situations and be resilient.
- Ability to listen effectively.
- Ability to remain positive and enthusiastic when working under pressure
- Ability to organise work, prioritise tasks, make decisions and manage time effectively
- Ability to use own initiative and work alone when necessary.

St Gregory’s Catholic School is a Catholic secondary school and part of the Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership (KCSP). KCSP is a multi-academy trust (MAT) established by the Archdiocese of Southwark for Catholic education across Kent and it currently comprises 26 academies of which 21 are primary schools and five are secondary schools.
