We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Attendance Officer to join our vibrant school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting student success and wellbeing.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion high attendance across the school, ensuring it meets or exceeds national averages.
- Monitor and analyse attendance data using our computerised systems.
- Produce reports for the Senior Leadership Team and Local Authority.
- Work closely with students, families, and external agencies to reduce absence and improve punctuality.
- Support vulnerable and at-risk pupils to access education consistently.

- Strong ICT and administrative abilities.

- Confidence in analysing data and managing multiple tasks.
