As Attendance Officer, you will:
- Monitor, analyse, and report on student attendance using our management systems (Arbor).
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/carers, and staff to ensure a robust approach to attendance and punctuality.
- Work closely with the AVP and Education Welfare Officer to design, implement, and evaluate attendance interventions.
- Build positive relationships with families to support students where attendance is a concern, conducting home visits when necessary.
- Collaborate with external agencies and the Local Authority where appropriate, including managing Fixed Penalty Notice referrals and CME procedures.
- Provide accurate data and reports to inform SLT decisions and contribute to whole-school improvement.
About You
