The Role: As our Pastoral and Attendance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and attendance of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Family Liaison: Building positive relationships with families to support the holistic development of our students.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitoring and managing student attendance to promote regular attendance and punctuality.
- Pupil Support: sending time with pupils to ensure that they receive the pastoral support they may need
- External Agency Collaboration: Coordinating and collaborating with external agencies to provide additional support for students and families.
- Safeguarding Team Membership: Serving as a valuable member of our safeguarding team to ensure the safety and welfare of all students.
