What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint someone who:
- Is committed to inclusion
- Has a strong understanding of the challenges children can face which have a negative impact on their attendance in school
- Has strong data handling skills, is Computer literate and familiar with all Microsoft Office Software
- Has a flexible approach and an ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a busy team
- Has experience of dealing with confidential information
- Is quick to learn and able to work accurately
- Will be a supportive and welcoming presence in school and develop positive working relationships with pupils and parents
Will support the ethos, vision and values of the school, abiding by policies and procedures
