Nursery Baby Room Lead required - Little Learners at Greenhall, part of The Creative Learning Partnership Trust

The successful applicant will;

Have a full and relevant EYFS qualification at Level 3 or above and at least 2 years of experience in baby room

Love coming into nursery each day to spend time with our precious little ones and lead a fantastic staff team

Have a warm, infectious smile that lights up their face - this smile is there to greet our children, families and fellow staff to show them how loved, special and valued they are!

Read and research the best practice in early years (evidence based, not the latest fads!) reflect on this and then, where appropriate, implement this within your room, explaining the whys to ensure that all staff are taken WITH you

Is organised, professional and can remain calm in difficult situations

Leads by example and is willing to get their hands dirty…our children love to play and be creative and we expect you to join in!

Care about details - you know whose coat is whose and are willing to spend time looking for a missing welly boot!

Is loving, kind and gives the best hugs to children and staff!

Has the courage to do the right thing, even when this is difficult

Be passionate about meeting the needs of all children, including those with SEND

Be able to lead a team of support staff and have the ability to inspire, challenge and motivate others.

Training, support and coaching will be offered to the successful candidate to ensure they are successful in their duties. You will also be joining a thriving Trust that has children at its heart.
