Two Rivers High School
Our school meets the needs of 272 pupils with special needs including ADHD, autism, speech, language and communication difficulties and social & emotional difficulties. Re-awarded in February 2024, Two Rivers High School is an Outstanding School for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Purpose of the role
We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistants on a Bank/Casual basis, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the Class Teacher working with children and young people with a range of special educational need – to help them learn, develop their abilities and raise their self-esteem. Your colleagues will be the best at what they do, the school environment will be well resourced and we will be supporting you, to help you to build a rewarding career.
Required to start as soon as possible.
Starting salary – hourly rate £12.18ph to £12.38ph dependent upon qualifications.
Key Requirements:
NVQ2 or above (or equivalent qualification) and experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs.
