We are on the lookout for an exceptional Behaviour Attendance Officer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in upholding our school's commitment to excellence in behaviour and attendance.
As a key member of our staff, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated Behaviour Manager to bring our school's behaviour policy to life. Your mission? To ensure our students have the support they need to succeed in a positive and thriving learning environment.
Here's a glimpse of the thrilling responsibilities that await you:
- To work with the Behaviour Manager to run the Behaviour Support Room- To support the Behaviour Manager, SLT and other pastoral staff with the investigation of behavioural incidents- To assist with the administration of the detention system- To work with the Senior Leader to ensure the implementation of attendance PSPs- Coordinate and implement interventions for targeted students re attendance/behaviour
