- Single Status Pay Scale grade 5, (points 12-13) full time equivalent £20,043-£20,443 per annum (actual pro rata salary £16,308-£16,633 per annum). 8.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday with half hour unpaid lunch break (35 hours per week Term Time Only).
Behaviour and Pastoral Assistant job summary
We all know that some students find learning in a school setting hard. The successful post-holder will support with creating a culture where students are able to flourish in a smaller setting, spending some or all of their time in the unit while we re-engage them back into the school environment or find alternative curriculum pathways. If you would like to be part of this exciting development and have a strong desire to help students of all abilities to achieve the best they can then we would be very pleased to hear from you.
This job would be ideal for someone who is looking to pursue a career in education or social work. Although, we are happy to hear from anyone who wants to help and support our most vulnerable students.
