Behaviour Coach

Salary: Grade 6 £31,536 - £35,412 p.a. pro rata, £27,236 - £30,730 p.a. actual

37 hours per week, term time plus training days (39 weeks per year)

Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm with a half hour unpaid break

The Hazeley Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced and committed Behaviour Coach. You will work closely alongside our Pastoral provision, supporting named students to manage their behaviour and access the full curriculum, in mainstream lessons, small group, bespoke programmes or one to one intervention.   You will promote positive behaviour, working with students, staff, and parents/carers to manage behaviour proactively through well-defined routines, highly positive relationships, a restorative approach, and use of proportionate and personalised rewards.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience of working with students/learners in a similar environment.
  • Be a great communicator and team player.
  • Have high levels of resilience
