Batley Multi Academy Trust’s sole purpose is to provide a great education for Primary and Secondary learners throughout a local family of schools. Batley Multi Academy Trust currently comprises Batley Girls’ High School, Batley Grammar School, Field Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Healey Junior, Infant and Nursery School, Manorfield Infant and Nursery School and Upper Batley High School. We provide high quality education for all young people. This collaboration enables us to share expertise, knowledge and best practice to ensure academic and pastoral excellence throughout all of our schools, with all schools embracing the same overall ethos and values, whilst maintaining their own unique characters.
Batley Girls’ High School is a 11-19 school and we are very proud of our achievements: ‘Students achieve exceptionally well in this outstanding academy. We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour for Learning Leader on a temporary basis. The post holder will be responsible for monitoring of attendance, rewards and sanctions; liaison with outside agencies; safeguarding; behaviour management and parental meetings. Flexibility is key as with the ever changing needs in education and the candidate may be deployed to other year groups.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels and in particular our young people. Excellent behaviour management skills, resilience and strong organisational skills are essential for this role.
