The role and what we’re looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Behaviour for Learning Lead, as well as pastoral staff, to support the learning of some of the most challenging pupils in our academy. You will make a difference to the life chances of children equipping them with the tools to get back into full time mainstream education.
You will be working with a great team of staff who believe all students deserve our full support to achieve their very best. We have a strong programme of staff development and opportunities to work with a wide variety of professionals in the academy and local community.
