Behaviour Lead job summary

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Behaviour Lead to join our passionate and hardworking team at Elements Academy.

Working within, and alongside, the Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will lead and promote positive pupil behaviour through the implementation of the Academy's behaviour policy expectations.

The postholder will confidently lead on modelling de-escalation and intervention techniques, ensuring the monitoring of such techniques to ensure barriers to engagement and learning are reduced.
