We’re looking for someone passionate about guiding young people to make better choices and become their best selves
Bring your energy, empathy, and leadership — and help us take our behaviour culture to the next level
We are seeking a confident, consistent, and highly organised Behaviour Manager to manage our Reflect Room—a key part of our behaviour strategy. This is a vital role for someone who can uphold the highest standards, manage behaviour firmly and fairly, and support students in making positive changes.

We believe that background should never limit potential, and we strive to provide every young person with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Within a culture of warmth, belonging, and high expectations, we explicitly teach and model good character — developing resilience, integrity, and responsibility alongside academic achievement.
As Behaviour Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the Reflect Room throughout the school day, ensuring it remains a calm, silent, and structured environment.
Hold students to the highest standards, ensuring they complete meaningful work and reflect on their behaviour.
