What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Managerto be responsible key aspects of our College’s Conduct for Learning policy. The successful candidate will engage and support our students as well as manage and supervise the day-to-day arrangements of our Reset room, where students are supported to reflect and reengage in their learning before returning to their lessons. The successful candidate will maintain our high standards with a calm, warm and friendly mannerand become an integral part of our highly skilled Pastoral and SEND teams, ensuring our students have all the support they need to thrive both personally and academically in a disruption free learning environment.

What the school offers its staff

We offer a state-of-the-art College facility which is equipped with an entirely new IT infrastructure, including touch screens and visualisers in every classroom. We pride ourselves on managing the workload of staff by offering a disruption-free learning environment, only three assessment points throughout the year, no lesson observations, no lesson planners and no book marking.

Non-teaching professionals at Sir John Hunt are key to supporting the educational and personal development needs of our students. We pride ourselves on developing both support and teaching staff, with dedicated training days to support their continued professional development.
