Personal Development Mentor job summary
Brompton Hall School is based within private grounds in the pretty village of Brompton-by-Sawdon and is a Special Education School for pupils aged between 8 and 16 years, who have an Education, Health and Care Plan. The post holder will be part of a team required to support pupils and colleagues across the whole school including Primary and Secondary year groups.
You will have excellent relational skills with the ability to:
Work well with all colleagues, parents and pupils
Motivate and develop the children in your care
Be passionate about seeing young people succeed.
