Behaviour and Safeguarding Officer
Location: Chiltern Academy
Contract Type: Permanent; 37 hours a week/ 40 weeks per year (includes Training Days)
Salary: NJCL7 (points 25 - 28)

Overview of the job
This role plays a vital role in supporting the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in ensuring children's safety and well-being. You would work alongside the DSL to implement safeguarding policies, provide support to staff, manage referrals, and ensure a culture of safeguarding within the organisation.
Purpose of the post
To receive and coordinate safeguarding referrals, arranging action and reviewing services for children and families. Please refer to the job description for full details.
