This is an exciting opportunity to join our Behaviour Support team at Ralph Allen.

The Behaviour Support team play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of behaviour and learning are supported throughout our School.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working with challenging behaviour
Be passionate about supporting young people’s Mental Health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm, patient and supportive in challenging situations
A willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of students

colleagues. The successful candidate will be appointed on their skills and experience, however, as important will be your approach, attitude, and beliefs.
