Christ the King College is a joint Church of England and Catholic College on the Isle of Wight, providing a Christian education underpinned by Gospel values and reflecting both Church of England and Catholic traditions. It operates under the auspices of both the Church of England and Catholic Dioceses of Portsmouth.

The school has over 1,100 students on roll, including a Sixth Form College of about 200 students. It is a well-established comprehensive school, which is well supported by parents and highly respected in the community.

Our students are very talented, a joy to teach and standards of performance and expectations are very high. We have an outstanding vision for our young people. If you would like to be part of this successful and thriving school and are a well-qualified and highly motivated professional, we would like to hear from you.

We wish to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant to work as part of a highly successful Pastoral team, to assist with the day-to-day running of the behaviour support provisions in place at Christ the King College, providing a safe and calm learning environment for students who exhibit challenging behaviours and/or require short term withdrawal from lessons or alternative provision. Experience of working with young people is essential.
