Behaviour Support Assistant job summary

The Academy is seeking anindividual who can workwithin the school Pastoral team and subject areas to raise standards of studentbehaviour and conduct across the academy day, both in the classroom and the wideracademy.

The successful candidate mustdemonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, resilience and determination for studentsto achieve their full potential. You must be a strong team player and be able todevelop effective learning relationships between students and colleagues. You will be instrumental part of a teamto support our aim to provide every student, regardless of their background,with an outstanding education and real choices in life.
