Are you driven by ambition and committed to helping every student reset, reflect and successfully return to learning?

If so, Queen Katharine Academy would love to hear from you!

At Queen Katharine Academy, we are looking for a resilient and compassionate Behaviour Support Co-ordinator to lead our Behaviour Support (Reset) Room. You will work closely with staff, students and families, reinforcing high expectations while helping students develop the skills and confidence to succeed.

We are looking for someone with strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills, excellent communication, emotional resilience and the ability to build positive relationships. Experience supporting young people with behavioural, social, emotional or additional needs would be an advantage.

About us:

At QKA, you will join a welcoming and diverse academy community where staff are valued, professional development is encouraged, and every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference. Guided by our values of Respect, Ambition and Responsibility, you'll play a vital role in helping students reset for success.
