Do you have the ambition to improve behaviour and outcomes for young people?

Are you committed to taking responsibility for supporting every student to succeed?

Can you consistently demonstrate respect in every interaction, even in the most demanding situations?

If so, Queen Katharine Academy would love to hear from you!

Your role:

As Behaviour Support Co-ordinator, you will be at the heart of our behaviour and pastoral provision, working closely with students who need consistent, skilled support to succeed.
