What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint to our rapidly improving school, a highly skilled and experienced practitioner, with proven experience of working successfully with vulnerable pupils of all abilities to lead our Abbey provision. We are looking for someone who will support the schools continued drive for improvement, so that pupils can experience a ‘World Class’ education within a Christian context.
We are looking for a practitioner who can motivate and influence and who:
- Has experience of working with vulnerable pupils
- Demands high expectations for all learners
- Effectively manages own behaviour and relationships with others to provide appropriate support
