Behaviour Support Manager job summary

We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Mentor on a full-time basis to join our University Technical College (UTC). You will work with students and staff, under the direction of the Pastoral Support Manager to supervise students who due to poor behaviour are in internal suspension room in accordance with the UTCs behaviour policy and to have a calm, clear and disciplined approach to dealing with young people.
