Behaviour Support Manager job summary
The Academy is seeking an individual who can work within the school Pastoral team to raise standards of student behaviour and conduct across the academy day, both in the classroom and the wider academy.
The successful candidate must demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, resilience and determination for students to achieve their full potential. You must be a strong team player and be able to develop effective learning relationships between students and colleagues. You will be instrumental part of a team to support our aim to provide every student, regardless of their background, with an outstanding education and real choices in life.
