What skills and experience we're looking for

de Stafford School are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Mentor.

This is a great opportunity to develop your career as part of a committed pastoral team in a forward thinking and dynamic secondary school working with young people.

You will be providing support to help raise the achievement, aspirations, and engagement of students whilst promoting the partnership between the school, the student and their families. Relationships are at the heart of our successful inclusive school and patience, empathy, and an enthusiasm to work with young people are key to this role.

Actual Salary:£20,894 - £23,924 (dependent on experience)
