What skills and experience we're looking for
Now recruiting for a Behaviour Support Mentor, to assist with the provision of support for individual students with social emotional behaviour difficulties, helping them overcome barriers to learning inside and outside of school, in order to achieve their potential. The Behaviour Support Mentor will work with children on a one-to-one basis or in small or large groups and will also be part of the Designated Safeguarding Team.

The post will be based at the Inclusion Centre, Top Valley, Nottingham NG5 9AZ and will host students from across Redhill Trust Academies - Redhill, Hall Park, Carlton, Oakwood, Park Vale, South Nottinghamshire and Colonel Frank Seely.
The Redhill Academy Trust is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
