What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a committed Behaviour Support Worker. The successful candidate will work within the school Pastoral team and subject areas to raise standards of student behaviour and conduct throughout the school day. This position will be based in the consequences room to provide consistency of standards required.
