What skills and experience we're looking for

Starting in September, we are seeking a committed, compassionate and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to join our dedicated pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people by supporting their behaviour, wellbeing and engagement in school.

You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour by working with students across KS3 and KS4 who may face behavioural, social, emotional or mental health (SEMH) challenges. Supporting targeted intervention and strong relationship-building, you will help remove barriers to learning and support students to achieve their full potential.

You will need to have experience of working with children or young people and possess strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
