What skills and experience we're looking for

You will be involved in promoting positive behaviour, encouraging regular attendance, and supporting students' social and emotional needs, including making home visits and liaising closely with parents and carers. The role also includes helping to supervise social times.

Working as part of a dedicated pastoral team, you will build strong relationships with students and families, act as a positive role model, and offer both personal and practical support to help students overcome barriers to learning.
