What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a committed behaviour support worker to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will work alongside our teachers in the mornings supporting children with their behaviour and learning. In the afternoons, they will deliver interventions to groups of children.

Are you resilient and flexible?

Do you thrive when working with children who present with challenging behaviour or have SEMH needs?

Do you develop positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues?
