What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a committed behaviour support worker to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will work alongside our teachers in the mornings supporting children with their behaviour and learning. In the afternoons, they will deliver interventions to groups of children.

Do you thrive when working with children who present with challenging behaviour or have SEMH needs?
Do you develop positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues?

Swinnow Primary School is a one-form entry school, with a large nursery and provision for two-year-olds. We are the host for Swinnow Children’s Centre who work with families throughout the pre-school years. We also have the ABC Centre and OASIS provisions on our site which support children with SEMH needs from the West of Leeds.
