What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a committed behaviour support worker to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will work alongside our teachers in the mornings supporting children with their behaviour and learning. In the afternoons, they will deliver interventions to groups of children.

Do you develop positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues?

Swinnow Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive school in the west of Leeds. We are proud of our positive ethos and child-centred approach to everything we do.
